Other PL Games January 16 to 23

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Why have they all been saying ‘Top of the league clash’ when Leicester went 2nd yesterday?

Just seen the line-ups and with Henderson in the back 4 it gives the Rags a better chance. Anything but a Rag win would do me though.

You say that, but surely they are missing a trick not starting Cavani against those cbs? Smacks of OGS erring on side of caution

Is set-up is very cautious. Sky showed the set-up as a fairly attacking side but when you see that midfield you know the Hobbit is getting ready to park the bus.

Very defensive from Ole. He wants a point and if they get one on the counter of from a set piece then it's a bonus. Same tactics as when we played them.

They aren't good enough and they know it.

Not sure why Rashford had a foul given against him there. Didn't see a lot wrong, just a 50-50 with the defender and he was stronger

Ref seems to be giving the Rags a break when under pressure.

Agreed. So many misplaced passes.

Thiago looks average so far.

All Dipper attack with the occasional longball for the Rags. They screaming and falling has already started and seems the only way for the Rags to inch towards goal.

Tyler doesn’t know which cock to suck so has decided to do both.

Letting the play go on when it’s a clear offside is fucking ridiculous.

The way offside is being applied now is laughable at best.

The best performance so far has been from Tyler the Cunt, trying to talk up what is a fucking woeful spectacle, desperate to inject some interest in what is currently the footballing equivalent of a Wetherspoons breakfast.

I would suggest “dog’s breakfast “ a more accurate description

Just noticed that they blew straightaway there for the close Dipper offside but have allowed the Rags to play on even though they’ve been miles off. Are the powers that be thinking that this is entertainment, letting it go on, possibly scoring, to then chalk it off so everybody can sigh into their pint?
