Currently serving a suspension for a straight red for violent conduct following his hat trick.

What did he do? Probably just kicked the corner flag.

Haven't seen it but apparently a dangerous challenge, the red mist descended.

Not a bad trait if he can control it.

Lying on the floor after being fouled, he kicked out at the Derby player who’d just fouled him.

It dont look great for Sergio at the moment but I wont write him off just yet.
RE: delap the video of the incident he got sent off for (and the goals he scored) is on the club website.
Does anyone know why we weren't interested in Cavani.

Up to a point I would agree. No-one should take the piss though. If he is now out due to breaking lockdown restrictions then that's not on.
Agree with Mase's earlier post, seems to have lost his focus.

If he's under contract with us, he can't do whatever he wants.

He's missed most of this season and we urgently need him back. Considering all of the issues we've had over the past month with Covid, I would have thought our protocols would have been tightened and so it's disappointing to hear he's caught it now.

I don't think he is taking a piss. He loves the club.
There we multiple sniffing around him and he stayed, he never moaned he wanted to leave, never put in a transfer request and so on.

I think there is a gentleman agreement between him and the club of some sort.
He can do the fuck he wants doesn't mean he is taking advantage of the club.

He isn't the type.

This sums my feelings up. Whilst i agree that our protocils may be called into question here, the country-wide restrictions override even these. Sergio knows that we are (over) reliant on him and as he has rarely been on the pitch in the last six months he should have at the very least adhered to the fucking rules.

A few rumours doing the rounds regarding Sergio . Fitness issues, his ex father in law Maradonna passing away suddenly and now covid issues all in a few months . Aguero is the ultimate lifetime club legend with over a decade of pure gold commitment to MCFC breaking just about every record there is . Let’s all give him the space and respect he deserves at a time in his life he needs it most ! 8-)

Pep said he was spending his 50th birthday on his own to comply with the rules. Players should not be mixing with other households indoors at the moment and only with one person for excercise outside respecting physical distance. How Sergio got infected we don’t know and he is a legend. He is badly needed at the moment though. Get well soon.

Delap is apparently available because his red card doesn’t carry over to the FA Cup. I’d love to see Braaf on the bench but I know I’m wasting my breath.

Haha like this
Re Sergio, undoubted legend and no trouble ever from him but if he has gotten covid over lockdown he was doing something wrong. I get the ex father in law bit but im sure most of us have actually had to go to restricted funeral services or not attend at all due to the restrictions during this time and it fucks me off when people take the piss - IF indeed he has

We don’t know the real circumstances and the club are protecting an iconic legend . Speculation will naturally arise but Aguero deserves space and respect.

Kevin out for 2-3 weeks with a small hamstring tear. Great.

I was really happy when I read that, I was expecting a lot longer. That tweet's now gone, and the official site's saying four to six weeks.

Not happy at all now.

Wouldn't surprise me if he only played another half dozen games for us to be honest.

Hope he returns fit and raring to go soon but I think he is very nearly done
