We’re not in a position to second guess Pep about the fitness of Ruben to manage 90 minutes. Laporte is a good player and he and Stones are playing in their natural positions.

Time for a touch of dinner before the Stella’s role.

Think he's got fever or tummy Bugg, something like that, not 100% fit and I wouldn't risk him for one match as mush as I hate spuds

Laporte was our best defender just after he came, hopefully he'll be ready and firing, rest of team look good to me

Facts speak for themselves mate - he’s been average to poor this season or whenever he’s been given a chance lately .

I don’t rate him on his current form .

Laporte was and is quality. It's his chance to stake a claim. Let's hope he takes it.

Spurs deserve a hammering today - they have gotten away with murder the last few games with us .

Stake a claim for backup mate - no way should he ever be picked ahead of Días or stones !!!!!(barring injury )no matter how good he may play today .

Those 2 are miles ahead of him.

Let’s see if the ref allows them to foul us at will?

That’s a given .

We need to just take our chances and we will win.

I don't think so, pal, to be honest.
For me he was ok but never world-class. Injured, of course, really unlucky, but he is no leader on the back and a rock.

This doesn't mean he is not a crucial squad player and a big piece in our puzzle in the Centurion & Fourmidables season.

My 2 cents.

Come on City! Dias will be missed but Laporte is more than capable of doing a good job, good to see Kun on the bench, hopefully we'll be a couple of goals up and he can get 15-20 mins on the pitch and a goal.
