Do you think if we meet Bayern we are favourites, I don’t to be honest. But I did not see us losing yesterday all be it I could not relax all day. And got what my gut told me all day! it is all square in the seasons Meetings crazy stat.

I will be the first to say and accept a team is better than us football wise and they win because of their superiority and not because our brainfarts

Reading back I owe you an apology Mase, I was being a dickhead.

Your comment about City only winning derbies because of hard work when we were shit and not because of them fucking up surprised me to say the least.

I should've debated it without being a dick, so I'm sorry.

and that is the worry. The selection on Sunday mirrored other big matches i.e. it was not the best team to impose our superiority, exploit the opposition weaknesses and therefore win the game.
Big game is the keyword here.
If we do not change we will fail in the CL and Spuds will beat us in the LC. We could even blow the PL.

To be honest mate I’ve been in bed since last Friday after testing positive for COVID on Thursday evening - so this defeat been a million times worse because I’ve had nothing to do but lie here and wonder why Pep does what he does.

Apologies, let’s move on with a win tomorrow evening!

Mase,

Sorry to hear that. My lad gave me Pep's City - a book that i hadn't heard off at weekend. Chapter on your man Nico that should perk you up - could have made it as a boxer apparently which i find hard to fucking believe the tart.....worth a look if youre bed-bound

Cheers, I’ll take a look. In all honesty Nico could have been whatever he wanted to be. He’s that talented.

Thank you pep. Maybe he does get it. He just basically said that this club has to fight against shitty refs more than others. Good man.

Peps interview on the bbc was great. There’s no doubt in my mind that he realises that there is an anti Man City vibe in the game.

Tonight shows how good a manager Pep is.
He has won two PL titles and is closing in on a third despite PL/Sky doing their utmost to derail his teams.

I would never judge Pep on his CL results with us because
the cheating their is on a different level.

It will be interesting to see if the cheating continues this year in the CL. The CAS ruling and what is emerging in Spain may force a rethink.
