Not even close. Bernardo even shit was a class above Sterling.

Sterling is just mediocre. Always was.

Sterling doesn't stand out in this team. Most are playing shite.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

That is unfair. 79 goals in the three previous seasons to this one suggest otherwise. He is a long way off his best this season, that’s a given, but he was never mediocre prior to that

Ironically, as with Bernardo's Mendy Twiiter incident, you can go all the way back to the row with Gomez after the our loss to Liverpool last season that began the spiral downward.

He recovered a bit and was still creating chances for us with his movement, working hard, and had some strong games, but the scoring has never really returned and now it seems to be affecting his entire game.

Is it also the contract situation? Does he want out?

That would be sad, but I know there's a long queue of our fans dying to get rid and never taken to him even whilst being arguably one of the best at his position for a while with us before this and underrated by some of our fans even if clearly not Pep who played him almost every game.

not true, mate. sterling had turned shit well before thr gomez thing. he good in early sept 2019 then fell off a cliff. the gomez thing was in nov.

If he is still going with these three up front, he should swap.
Sterling on the right, Jesus on the left, Ferran in the middle. They don't work like this at all.

Chelsea have no less games to play than City. We've already played our game for next weekend. They make 3 changes and it is showing. Our 8 is simply nuts.

Can we make all 5 subs at half time?

Just fuck off Mendy. Hope he’s injured soon and I’ve never said that about a City player

Torres looks miles out of his depth. Yes, he's young, but this is a bit sad. The lad looks lost.

I say this every second of watching him play.

I would say it would be a dereliction of duty by Pep if he doesn't (assuming it's allowed)

No, pal, the stats don't work with him. Split those in the middle and you would rarely find 15 as winners or in a moment things actually mattered.
He was mediocre and he is mediocre, not even in a million years a world-beater. Raheem is actually a really lucky fella to have the chance to be surrounded by so many valuable players and play at this level.

I am sorry, I want him to be otherwise, I would love any of our players to be that, but let's face the facts and see he will never have moment that will remain up there, forever. His career will always be "an open goal when we are 3-0".
It's time to move on, it will be better for the both sides, imho.

Get Phil on for fucks sake, give them something to worry about. Sterling could play a month and not bag a goal.
