Get it! Great job, Khaldoon!

We haven’t come across well in any of this. I sincerely doubt this was a plan. But if it is all over it will be forgotten about relatively quickly. A week is a long time etc....

According to reports we were never a driving force in this, we signed so we would not be left behind. City along with Chelsea were the last to sign up. We are now out.

It was all a plan to divert our attention from the brainfart squad selection on Saturday.

All I see is Chelsea pulling out.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Well it looks like it will collapse rather quickly. Be interesting to see whether the proposed changes to the CL are now pushed through or whether this will rear its ugly head in another guise in due course. It’s clearly something that the American owners and the two big players in Spain want to push along

Doesn’t matter but Lipton says we were the first to pull the plug. Can’t help feeling Pep’s press conference was the beginning of the end to our participation.

Cheers mate. Couldn't catch a link but started to see it on Twitter now.

He probably knew the plan was to nail, hence was told to shut up.

It will come back in one form or another.
It genuinely seems that us and Chelsea were caught by surprise with this. I know City has been planning something like this but apparently this was Americans, Agnelli and Perez.

Most of the feeds seem to be saying City and Chelsea were not the drivers of this and were pretty much told to get on the boat or miss out.
