Premier League Hall of Fame

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Premier League Hall of Fame

Postby Niall Quinns Discopants » Mon Apr 26, 2021 12:01 pm

Apparently first two "inductees" are Shearer and Henry. Now this is NOTHING short of ridiculous. Why do they have to copy EVERYTHING from US sports?

Also, as if football was invented 1992. There IS already English football hall of fame in National Football Museum. As it so happens both Shearer and Henry have been inducted. What is the need of this nonsense?
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

It doesn't as such but this whole "football was invented 1992" bothers me. I'm sure rags like it though.

Your title is "Premier League Hall of Fame". Perhaps that is why it doesn't go beyond 1992 ?

Now , if you want to talk about English Football "Half of Fame", that fan from Barnstonworth United put Yorkshire football on the map.

No, we don't need a premier league hall of fame, but then neither do we need a football hall of fame, or a City hall of fame, or any hall of fame for that matter. They can all be ignored.

We need a City hall of fame and Kolarov should be the first and only one inducted.
