Lucky man, well done.

I went the official route and missed out as it stopped about 11k points. I only have 8k(ish), however I have a table booked with a lot of blues in a pub. So will be there well in advance to make sure I drink it in as Martin Tyler once said

Sorry to hear that City64, felt pretty deflated after the ballot too. If it makes you feel any better you just saved yourself a whole heap of bullshittery and over 1k on tickets, flights, hotel and bastard tests!

Manchester City is delighted to announce it will host a screening of the UEFA Champions League Final at the Academy Stadium on Saturday 29th May.

To celebrate the historic occasion of the Club’s first Champions League Final, up to 4,000 supporters will be offered the chance to watch the match at the Academy Stadium on multiple super-size screens.

The Club’s event will provide another opportunity for supporters who were unable to secure a ticket for the match in Portugal to mark this moment in a fitting way.

With a host of Club Legends offering insight and analysis of all the action and special guests taking part in interviews onstage, it promises to be a jam packed evening of entertainment.

Stand and pitch seats are available and tickets go on sale at 10am tomorrow (Thursday 27th May) with a priority window for 19/20 Seasoncard holders. 19/20 Seasoncard holders can purchase their own ticket and up to three (3) additional tickets - four (4) tickets in total - for members of their household or support bubble.

Tickets cost £5 each and include a goodie bag with complimentary soft drinks and snacks.

I doubt the club has a license to sell alcohol at the academy even if they had the facilities so they can't serve/charge and also because its not a live game actually being played on the pitch and televised I see no reason they won't allow BYOB.

Just my thoughts
