He will probably play Phil in the middle and Sterling left.
I am not anti Sterling but I can't understand why he picks our most out of form player.
And dicks about with a winning formula. I really hope the gamble pays off. But I am quite worried now.

It's fucking stupid no matter how you turn it. We have no holding midfielder vs a team that loves to counter.
If we don't score fast and control the game, this will turn out bad because it looks like an astronomical brainfart.

This , all day long. More than happy with that line up.

Fern is a master of not getting booked.

Incorrect, Fern gets booked least when it is necessary that's why he laughs at the Refs. We don't need to give this Ref any chance. I don't trust the bugger one inch.

We've played great with Gundo as holding midfielder in the past. Kev, Bernardo and Gundo should have enough legs and quality to handle Chelsea. I rather see them than Gundo of Ferna isn't 100% fit (don't know if that's the case) . Sterling's inclusion is a bit more puzzling, but maybe he's been on fire in training.

Agree. He was on a yellow card since Dortmund and he avoided getting the suspension.

Gundo isn’t 100% mate, never mind Fern!

And if Fern was booked, he’d make sure he wasn’t booked again.

That’s one of his biggest strengths.

Playing no defensive midfielder at all is worrying. But also moving Gundogan out of the position where he has starred all season makes no sense.

Surely you would start Aguero,Jesus or Torres ahead of Sterling

Apparently the first game all season we haven’t played with either of them.

I expect Pep wants to drive back Chelsea’s wing backs, give them more than they can handle. They’re so important for Chelsea’s forward play.
