Rumours are always frustratingly slow to come to a conclusion. We'll probably get Grealish and Kane but I was hoping for just Haaland. Dont want any of our current forwards or midfielders to leave really although I may not be too upset if Raheem left if we got them Kane and Grealish. If no one left it'd be like watching England when Bell, Lee, Summerbee and Marsh used to be the line up!

It looks like we are putting all of our "eggs" into Kane and Grealish's baskets and we might drag this until the last day of the transfer window. Sure, can happen, but also shows that it looks like we have zero desire to solve our left-back problem and also our dm situation, because, as much as we want it, Fern is not getting any younger.

Varane had 1 year left on his contract though. We can’t compare any price tags of English footballers because every single English player will go for £20m more than they’re worth minimum.

Like you say, they’ve just spent £100m this summer and no one has said a word. We spend that on Kane and we’re ruining football, we caused WWII, Hitler was a City fan, FFP cheats, etc

One thing I will say is I think if it were up to Pep we’d already have Grealish and Kane. It’s the tossers further up that fuck about with transfers and it costs us in the end. They’d rather waste £50m on Mangala than pay Hazard’s agent £20m. They’re stealing a living.
