Big swing with the bookies odds in favor of Grealish staying with Villa.
They usually get the inside info first then reflect it in the odds. If the talks were progressing as City expected he would be odds on to join us instead he is at evens.

Looks like he is not coming.

Odds shortening again for the move. gone from 3/2 to 8/11 since this morning.

For what it’s worth, I believe that Villa have accepted a bid from us but they’ve asked us to wait until they’ve got James W-P before announcing it. I think it’s annoying City and they’ve told Villa that it needs to be complete before the end of the week or it’s off.

To be honest, I don't think this will happen, too much fucking around.
This should had been solved a while back, even before the Euros like the rags did with Sancho.

The rags were hardly quick with Sancho.
They were fucking around trying to get him all last summer.

In Manchester as I write this ...Sinclair first in to slag us off on Talk Spite - "obscene amount - City shouldn't have broken the transfer record - buying the title....and that's from a supposed fan of the club. The squeals when we break the record again to sign 'Arry will be galactic

This is a weird one, on the one hand I am really excited as he's a creative flair player. But on the other hand, I just don't know how good he actually is!?

TBF he has always defended us but he just does not agree with spending that kind of record breaking money on this player.

Its hard to disagree with him, really.

Personally , having listened to the shit heads slagging us all off , I hope we do a PSG and buy everyone as, no matter how we conduct business, we will always be slagged off.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

Why are these 'expert' pundits so worried about the price? Did Sky not tell them about the money we raised to fund such purchases.
Maybe they forgot.

No mention of raising nearly £100m already in transfer fees. Scum of the earth. I did see one United fan actually, that commented on Chelsea spending £250m last season and no one batted an eyelid - so why is it a problem when it’s City?!

Cos we keep winning season after season and nothing is stopping us apart from odd brain farts (ahem, cough). Their luvvies are not getting closer and it's killing them. They've tried every dirty trick and still can't stop us, it must be demoralising, so they throw the money bags as last resort as some kind of comfort. After Villa fans slagging us off recently, I don't care how much Grealish cost, just wanna see their tears- inbred fuckers

made up fee + made up wages for grealish compared to pogba's known fee without wages. seems fair.
