Yes we have put 4 past Klopp 1) just after they won PL and they hardly turned up 2) at Klanfield with no crowd, where we normally shit ourselves.
Tuchel, beat us the league, FA Cup and CL final
We have yet to beat Bielsa
Brenda beat us 5-2 and at Wembley
Nuno did the double over us 2-0 at Etihad and 3-2 away previously
Can't remember the last time we beat the bus driver in the league.
Q.E.D.

It shows a competitive league. Leicester beat Chelsea in the FA Cup, Chelsea beat us in the CL, we won the league and cup while the Dippers and Rags won fuck all.

3 PL titles, an FA Cup, 4 LCs, habitual CL knockout contenders and numerous records along the way, I think it’s still for them to counter Pep over a full season, not just their one off finals.

Saints manager reminds me of Mad Eye from the Potter series.

Well done.

The currency is trophies won NOT individual results (or stupid records like the Rags unbeaten away game record  ).
Pep is way ahead of everyone on that.
His only blemish is the CL. I can live with that especially as we were blatantly cheated on two of his five attempts.

I would trade winning the PL for two PL defeats to OGS's Rags. Understand what is more important. To clarify, winning trophies is what counts not the bumps on the journey.

We shouldn’t have to trade anything though. It shouldn’t be “oh we lost to the rags but we won the Prem”. We’re far better than them and Pep is better than the PE teacher. We should be beating them AND winning the league. Why can’t we do both?

Cheers mate, there's a lot of battles out there and we're going to lose a few but we keep winning the war and that's all that matters.

It's not a competitive league, Beefy. Maybe a competitive top 10, but the rest are utter garbage. Teams that might have a go if it's the right day for them, but overall they are shit.
Happened so many times when we hoped for a favour coming from some places.

We've had a favour loads of times. Aguero title winning season, rags losing at Wigan, 2014 season, dippers losing a 3 goal lead at Crystal Palace, 100 point season winning it when relegated West Brom won at rags. Last season Sheff United won there to put us top and not look back, Burnley win at dippers, West Brom at Chelsea. There might be a big gap from the top few onwards but there's these results every season which is why foreign coaches always go on about it being the most competitive league.

Yep, but we also had 18/19 when Scouse kept on winning. Cannot forget the travesty Benitez and Newcastle put in their last away game of the season, just before our Leicester trip. Spuds scoring an own goal in the last minute. Thank fuck Everton stood their ground that year, fair play to the rags also.

But you can see their performance in Europe where they fail to impress in Europa League or UEFA Cup. Except Chelsea and Arse, who are teams that played well in Europe, the rest couldn't actually do anything. Astra, a Romanian team that is now in the second league, bankrupt, eliminated WHU two times from Europe. WHU with their big squad, not reserves.

I think those managers say that because the Premier League has a special aura around it. Always did. I would many times watch a Huddersfield vs Burnley rather than a similar one in Germany, Italy, or Spain. Imho that aura comes from the fans. They made it special, always did.
But the clubs are very overrated. That's why players like White are sold for over 50 mil.

Even in 18/19 when 1 win from their draws would have won it for them they drew with a very average West Ham as well as the Everton and rags ones you mention.

Some are shit but it has to be taken in context. As in the rest of the post not quoted, teams are beating each other left, right and Chelsea. None are going to do us favours as the prize is just to big now. Gone are the days when teams would lay down for the Rags with the understanding that the GPC would have a word with those in power which ensured they remained in the PL and fed at the trough.

The likes of the Rags and Dippers still hold the purse strings to some extent but with so many fighting for a piece of the pie then nobody is giving anything to anybody else. I honestly think the league is even more competitive than it used to be when the red twats owned it.

Not a chance West Ham could afford to lose him, the dildo twins would end up with their cock and balls in their own mouths.
