There's no way they'll leave Penandes and Pooba out and as they're paying him almost £400k pw, I think Tranny will be in more often than not. That leaves Cavani, Martial, Rashford, Greenwood and Sancho vying for one starting place.

Don't forget the other Messiah: Lingaard.

He may not be there come 11pm. Priced at £25m in the last year of his contract. They may cash in. WHU and Everton showing interest.

Happy hammers already signed a Croatian midfielder for 25mill and Everton need to get Rodriguez off the wage bill before they can spend so imagine that he will stay and be surplus at the swamp

After reading Ronaldo's tripe about his return to the Rags, I am so relieved he did not sign for us.
What was I thinking.
Once a dirty Rag always a dirty Rag.

If we’d bought Grealish and he’d been treated the way Ole has treated DVB we’d be getting it from all angles in the media.

Saw that he whacked an Ireland player and wasn’t sent off. A taste of what’s to come.

Two headed goals, both good headers. Kept trying right until the end. Clinical. If he takes that into the PL then he is worth points to the Rags. Some draws will now be wins, etc...

But he is not the player of old. Had a very poor first half. The Ireland defenders are not PL standard. He scored at the death when they were tired after a Portuguese 2nd half onslaught. The PL will be a lot tougher than this match.

He is still a total tosser. Slapped an Irish player - ignored by officials. Whipped of his jersey to display his muscles after his 2nd goal. It is still all about him but he is on the decline for certain. Hopefully his ego, diminishing powers and huge wages will upset the Rags dressing room.

Clearly threw a punch at someone yet totally ignored by VAR.
A sign of things to come.

He placed a ball on the penalty spot while play was stopped waiting VAR review of the penalty incident.
An Irish player walked by the ball and moved it deliberately with the sole of his boot. Yellow card offence. Ronaldo then reacted by slapping the Irish player on the arm (Red card offence) and replacing the ball.
No action taken by VAR.
If Ronaldo had not reacted would VAR have taken action to give the Irish player a yellow?
We will never know but my guess is yes they would.

So the other day it was announced he’s not allowed number 7 because Cavani has already used it this season. Now it’s been announced he’s getting it.

FA just changing their rules to suit the rags? I’m so shocked
