That's because we've been dire and mainly down to the players you've mentioned under performing once again. Thanks fuck it's half time, piss poor individual performances yet again

Which i accept but its the way the same posters vent about players they obviously have issue with and it gets boring. Thank god i attend games as i could not stand reading these match threads every week as they are depressing.

Vieira is a waste of fucking space. Poor control, constantly loses the ball either by being dispossessed or by shit passing... I swear the man is not able to pass a simple pass on the ground... all his passes are bobbing all over the pitch.

Get Ireland on or Ibrahim or SWP for god's sake.

The only few bright moments are when Johnson has the ball on the right wing.

As i said at the start of this thread, give me a point and let's get of there unscathed.

Take Vieira off before he gets himself red-carded and bring on Shauny and bring some balance to team

We always knew it was going to be a srap &1/2 , Football a bit hhmmmm But proud of the lads for battlin , May not see SWP straight away but he will come on with Johnson going left as you say , I think we should stay as we are for 1st 10 mins there going to come out gung ho .

Some fairly major half-time changes required, methinks. Got some very creative talent on the bench, we should be going for all three points here and not settling for one.

CMON LADS THIS IS ALL ABOUT STOPPING THEM PLAYING THE WAY THEY WANT.. WAITING TILL THEY RUN OUT OF STEAM AND GET FRUSTRATED AND THEN HIT EM..

WAS NEVER GONNA BE A CLASSIC GAME.. WILL BE LOTS OF MISTAKES.. BUT AT ALL SQUARE AT HALF TIME I WILL TAKE THAT.. WE ARE STARTING TO SHOW SIGNS OF LIFE.

REMEMBER AS WELL WE COME BACK HERE AGAIN IN ANOTHER GAME WE HAVE TO GET A RESULT FROM SO JSUT BIDE YER TIME AND HOPE WE KEEP CONCENTRATING AND BATLING.. WE WILL GET ME IN THIS GAME AND WE WILL GET EM IN THE NEXT GAME.. IN EXACTLY THE SAME WAY.. TWICE!!

SHIT TO WATCH THOUGH HAVE TO SAY
CMON CITY
WOULD LOVE TO SEE A RSC HEADED GOAL IN THE 2ND HALF

Tough first half there for us but we got through it. We started to knock it around at times and hopefully we can step it up even more in the second half.

Stoke aren't actually creating anything through open play, only through long throws and free kicks. We need to cut out the silly fouls in our half and minimise the amount of throws we concede.

Vieira is looking like he might get sent off so I'd be tempted to take him off and bring SWP onto the right hand side, move Johnson to the left.

Defence has had some shaky moments but holding on so far.

We can win this! We knew it was going to be a hard game so nothing that's happened so far has surprised me. COME ON CITY!

Mancini better blast this lot into Action because this is just shit.

WHAT HE SHOULD DO IS SWP ON AND JOHNSON ON THE LEFT.
BRIDGE ON FOR GARIDO
AND IRELAND ON FOR THAT FUCKING LANKY SNAIL.

And how the fuck is that more defensive....?

Why would we wanna be more defensive?

WE WANT TO WIN FFS!!

Whoosh!

Sorry, I know that and I agree with Carl but Mancini has never made these sorts of positive changes, so I don't know why he'd do it now!!

hate to mimic the legend that is carl but....

THIS IS FUCKING DIRE FOOTBALL. ITS VERY ALA STOKE HULL POMPEY BOLLOCKS

i stopped posting a while back but my utter frustration with this performance has led me to join the match thread.

how about johnson on the left
swp on the right
ireland down the middle

get Vieira off the park and out of the fucking stadium as quickly as possible. Results are results blah blah fucking blah but against any decent opposition were gonna get battered. if u cant beat stoke home and away your not top four material. no way no how.

ps before anyone calls me a negative c unit, i think johnson looks a great signing and micah is getting back to his best.

cheers

Not going to be arsed reading the thread as I more or less know without reading the content.

My opinion? Yes we couldn't get our game going but at least we were fighting like men. Apart from the lazy ass strikers.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Can't argue with that.

I think we might see some changes in the last ten minutes or so, if needed. Chances are though playing against this load of cloggers that we'll get injuries somewhere along the line, so I'd hold off with the subs for now.

I think we can win if the midfield show a bit more willingness to get forward but with Wiley gifting them possession at every opportunity, I'll take a draw here.

I thought we stood up to them well first half. Not got our game going and Vieira has been abysmal but I expect them to be f*cked for the last half hour, we can win this
