3 dm's, long ball and a snatch and grab point against a ten man stoke.

We fucking suck, no doubt about it.
Tracking back is overrated.

I cannot believe that people are constantly going on about how much talent we have and how much money we have spent and yet they are very happy with a point at STOKE CITY, YES....... STOKE FUCKING CITY.

we were fucking diabolical tonight. Just fucking awful

I can take a couple of positives....Lescott excellent and so was Micah. Santa was much better than Adebayor.

Otherwise....bleeeeeurgh.

You can trumpet top 4 all you like (if you are the most laughable hypocrite in Christendom) but I personally think that was a good slug towards the end of our season as "contenders". We were fucking shit.

And Mancini appears increasingly CluelessTM

I've seen your message to the board Nick so can't take anything you say seriously and this statement proves it...and they call MH clueless

Bish Nick is actually right in his statement if we were half decent coz fourth would not be the issue we would be locking horns with the 2 big boys.

Thing is, it's not even a matter of winning/gaining points in ugly fashion, because we're just threatening fuck all. Even Jose's Chelsea, when they were playing some horrible stuff, they were still banging on the opposition's door for 90 minutes to either rescue a point or go for all three. Yet constantly we're finding ourselves getting outplayed by lesser teams than ourselves and doing so right up until the end of injury time.

Something is deeply wrong in the current philosophy of the team. With Hughes, we shipped goals for fun, but we had an attitude of "if you score 4, we'll score 5". Didn't always pan out that way aye, but we attacked and attacked to the death. But with Mancini, we seem to go into every game with an attitude of containment. Whereas we previously told the league to give us a slap and we'll give you a headbutt, now we're just going into games with a mantra of "try my best not to get hit".

Don't know about anybody else, but I have always been a fan of the all guns blazing approach. And we just don't have that right now.

And can anybody explain to me why we play 2 big front men yet play our only crosser of the ball on the wrong flank?

We miss Bellers and Tevez desperately. Their zeal & tenacity gets us going, and without them we are shite. It was obvious by tonights performance we were there to avoid defeat.

I think Mancini wants us to go out and give it to Liverpool on Sunday and we'll have Bellamy back, and maybe Kompany, Bridge Petrov & Ireland starting for what is a much more important game. If we win and the game in hand, we'll be 7 points ahead of them with around 10 games to play

We do certainly miss those two, and that worries me far more than it probably should do. We have players all over the squad who should be able to get us through a game, we shouldn't be relying on Liverpool-esque 2 man team tactics.

I hope the ones you've mentioned are fit and firing for Scouse, but after what we've seen the past few games, I can't see how it'll make much difference. We just seem to be offering absolutely fuck all going forward.

And I can't see why everybody is giving RSC a hard time. What's he meant to do with 3 defensive midfielders offering nothing creative and our only crosser of the ball playing on his weaker flank?

Can't blame RSC and Ade for their performances tonight and previously. They're feeding on nothing and without the guile and tenacity of Tevez and Bellamy, we've got absolutely nothing, nothing at all to offer our attackers.

would they have taken it knowing they would be playing against a ten man stoke for most of the game? NO!

What bemuses/upsets me - the bit that devalues people's opinions so totally - is how different the reaction to absolutely everything about that game would've been if 'Clueless' was in charge.

That does to an extent include yourself though as well. Can't remember you ever being this upset about draw away. Or is it my selective memory again?

Anyway, this wasn't originally about the actual game but just to celebrate the fact that we are in there and it's all in our hands right now.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

We are 4th and it is in our hands but the concern is the way we are playing and what will happen when we play a decent team that plays well.We have to improve end of story.

Everton,Portsmouth,Hull,Bolton,Stoke,Stoke have all been poor and such poor performances will not win us key games. And we lost at the swamp so we need to believe that there is a plan to make the change so we can win key games. Is there such a plan?

Sunday here we come.

Ok Einstien explain why when we play 2 target men we only play one wide player first half and he is played on the wrong side of the pitch.I really cannot understand our managers thinking perhaps i like to see Football played simply.

The talented individuals who are needed to change games like that just aren't producing it at the moment even when they do play. Vieira, for all the slagging he got played loads of nice little Irelandy diagonal passes toward Stoke's box 2nd half but the players receiving the ball still had 8-10 defenders goal side. They need to produce a shot or a trick but they're not succeeding. Adebayor came close but it didn't happen.

We needed for example SWP to work magic like he did at times on Saturday but he was absolute shite tonight. On Saturday, Ireland became shite after 15 mins when he'd looked right back to his best. At the moment they're just not producing it irrespective of how dreadfully negative Mancini has been. I can't see it staying that way though. Liverpool may bring the best out of them.
