Seeing Fern in there makes me nervous a little bit. I thought he was very poor v Leicester and was well off the pace of the game. It seemed to happen around him rather than the Fern of a couple of years ago who dictated the game

Rested for Arsenal maybe?

Honestly don’t see why he’d need a rest. I doubt he covers the ground that Bern does, and Bern seems fine to play every match.

Dont know whether Aymeric or Ake will play LB. Ake defensively more solid than Zinchenko but won’t offer anything going forward if he’s playing LB. Fernandinho plays at DM and not Gundogan.

On the other hand he's off to play a load of games in a short space of time

And if there's any time of year to rotate, this is it

Plus we don't know who has knocks etc. Nor what those magic machines they have tell us about fatigue

Etc!

All fair points. Looks from the outside that he is looking at arsenal game and resting sterling and mahrez. Lets see what Jack and Phil bring to the party tonight

The incentive to go 9 clear as well knowing either dippers or chavs or maybe both will drop points at weekend as they face off

No fucking about with the team
4-0 Sterling

Revising the prediction to 3-1

You would hope Jack and Phil should have a point to prove but these mad days anything is possible

I wonder if Messi had joined, if he’d ever be ‘rotated’.

I still think Ake can be a proper left back. He has the pace, but his is not that good upfront.

Behave. Any away game in the PL is not a straightforward one. I fully expect us to win but would be happy with any old win. As usual

Happy with the commentary line-up, not sure about the officials though.
