I wouldn't get too giddy about Salah and Mané being missing. They only have two league games between now and the final on the 6th Feb. Brentford h and Palace a.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

we have a big enough and strong enough squad to enjoy the break upto the Chavs game in two weeks .Get some rest , give some youngsters a chance at Swindon on Friday.

Reminded me of Willem Dafoe's death scene in Platoon only far more dramatic.

I am confused.
Liverpool have the best goalkeeper in the world, the best full back in the world, the best center half in the world, the best front three in the world, the best player in the world. So the media tells us, regularly.

So how do Milner and Henderson get regular game time in a team that good?

Commentator just said they won their last league game after trailing (v Watford). Further proof that we're not really here.

Villa appear to be .....um.......slipping a little in recent games

Long ball tactics bypasses the MF going forward, their MF is there for pure thuggery defensively

With CR37 and Cavani 37 Ralf may have thought bringing a bit of youth in the team and thought of The face

Bruno and Rashford on the bench.
More squad harmony induced by Ronaldo's arrival. What a signing.

Not going to watch this but hopeful that Wolves can get something from this.
Well rested, very good defensively, strong lineup and the best bit is that Phil Jones is playing - even Wolves might score with him playing.

Here is hoping.
