Fuck me, that's hilarious reading! Some of those bell-ends believe they'd have got top 4 if Ole was still driving the bus.

Just spent a rather pleasant half hour chuckling at these. They've given up and are realising they are years behind

The gift that keeps on giving.
Never has a thread title been so accurate.
8 years ago I remember thinking this can't last.
Not only has it lasted, they manage to get worse every year.
Their pain is exquisite.

This is from the 1st page of this thread back in 2015 - just for a bit of nostalgia

I actually try to imagine how a Rag would be feeling but as we've never really been in that position, from World Class players to not really PL proved, I just couldn't do it. I just assume that they have their head in their hands, waffling uncontrollably.

And how I laughed ;-)

Mathematically impossible for the rags to be ahead of us now. 9 years is it now? Mind the gap

This one caught my eye, says it all really

If you’ve gone past the caring stage, just watch our players off the ball. Hilarious.

When I was a kid if you’d told me we’d finish above them for 9 years on the trot I’d have thought you were mad. I’m still unsure if it’s a dream or not.

15 years ago if someone had said we’d finish above them for 9 years out of the next 40 you’d have been sectioned

Yep, but that card imbalance shows how corrupt the CL is.

And we will probably be fined for racking up 5 yellows in one match

Penandes gets 3 points a day before they even meet scouse2. Not sure if it's a good omen.
