PL Games May 7/8

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

PL Games May 7/8

Postby Harry Dowd scored » Fri May 06, 2022 11:40 am

Well here we are another defining weekend ? or ending same as ? There is no early Saturday BT game this week, it has been rescheduled to 19.45. Dippers v Spuds, was it rescheduled to accommodate dippers at Klippertys behest? Who knows everything else seems to fall in place for them. Rags are on at tea time but who gives a fuck about them anyway. Tough games for Leeds and Everton but again who gives a fuck, certainly not me, still smarting from the Madrid shit show.
Do not know if it’s bad good or indifferent but Attwell is ref for our game and Olivar for dippers

Saturday

Brentford v Southampton 15.00

Burnley v Villa 15.00

Chelsea v Wolves 15.00

Palace v Watford 15.00

Brighton v Ralfs ragnecks Sly 17.30

Horrible dippers v Kane’s trophy dodging bottlers BT Sport 19.45

Sunday

Arsenal v Leeds Sly 14.00

Leicester v Everton 14.00

Nowich v West Ham 14.00

Champions v Barcodes Sly 16.30

Spurs will get nothing from that. Kane and Son can be lethal...against City. Not against them though.
After the ball was centred, after the whistle blew...

Both scored against them this season in a 2-2.
I'd settle for the same again.

Patrick Roberts played very well for Sunderland today. Hopefully he finds some form.

Not a hope in hell.
It is at Anfield, Liverpool will not be allowed to drop points.
If they are in trouble be prepared for shit like: 'Liverpool got lucky with that decision', 'that decision could have gone either way', 'I agree that was a yellow for the Liverpool player not a red', 'I have seen those given', 'with the way the rules are nowadays the ref had to give that penalty to Liverpool', 'the ref used some common sense there and played advantage which Spurs threw away'...............

Chelsea imploding and fourth still isn’t a certainty for them.

Hope they get their shit together for the cup final

Apparently Wolves battered them second half, which is a bit of a worry for us isn’t it.

Wolves away is not a pleasant proposition. I really think we need Candlepool to drop something somewhere as those two away games for us look tricky.

We are due a win at their place.

Joey Barton has done a ridiculously good job at Bristol Rovers this season!

They were bottom four at the start of the season and he’s taken them to the playoff places and on the last day won 7-0 to get promoted automatically on goals scored!!! Unbelievable for Rovers fans.

I do not want to be the prophet of doom, but it seems everything is going dippers way atm so I am trying to manage my expectations to avoid total disappointment, dippers will scrape a win tonight with the help of pigmol via Olivar, we have to win our games to be champions again, even the dipper shills cannot stop that

Correct, but Northampton are playing fuck about Scunthorpe playing a second string which included a 17 year old youth team goalkeeper, might not have heard the last of that.

In the rags last 10 PL games before today, they had scored 13 goals. Ronaldo had scored 9 of them. So in 10 games everyone else scored 4 goals. Utterly pathetic. Yet hilarious
