Villa are 40 points off the pace in the league. That suggests they aren’t a great side. The dippers have rested a few more players than they usually would have done which is understandable given they contest the cup final on Saturday

But Villa will not throw this game. Not a bit of it. They will likely be beat because they aren’t as good as the dippers, but they will still want the win and the glory that goes with beating teams at the summit
