Haaland and Alvarez new strike force just what Pep ordered. Once the PL title has been won expect an announcement.

With the Haaland news I reckon Pep’s extension will be announced soon.

Hope I’m not reading too much into his post match comments when asked if he was excited about managing Haaland. Not got the actual text and only briefly heard it, but he was very non commital I thought.

Ive read a piece saying that we will help Haaland settle so thats Pep for me. Just a matter of time before we announce the Pep deal.

Correct - he will also want him to de defensive duties just like he did with Aguero ( Haaland knows full well he will need to add this to his game)

Correct, and of his own creation too, also where else would be a upgrade on City.

I think he wants the season done and defended, and then will extend to give everyone a boost for the next season.

Me too. I can’t see him not extending, and I’m usually a pessimist that has always thought ‘Pep is off soon’.

Getting Haaland will have been massive for him staying.

At the same time, if he wants to go then that’s fine. He’s been away from his family for years, he wasn’t with his mum when she died, he’s given up a lot for City. I personally wouldn’t be away from my family for any amount of money in the world.

I left my family at 16....would have left at 10 if I could have done.

I do leave him the house to himself when I am on away trips, but I ensure he has 2 chickens to feast upon and strict instructions to the peasant who looks after him.

Death on arrival if anything happens to him.
