This laugh is at our own expense, but it's piss funny.
I came across it on Jamie Pollock's Wikipedia page.

"He later played for Manchester City, a team which then fell into what was then Division Two. Pollock scored an own goal in the penultimate game of the season, against Queens Park Rangers, where he flicked the ball over an opposing player before sending a looping header over his own goalkeeper. The own goal condemned Manchester City to relegation to the third tier for the first time, whilst keeping QPR in the division. As a result, a group of QPR fans thanked him by voting him the "most influential man of the past 2,000 years" in an internet poll, where "Jesus came second, apparently." "

This has been discussed since 2020 from memory. I think it’s pretty obvious isn’t it - testing was rigorous last few years because of COVID and they suddenly barely make 3rd. Back to normal this season and they’re at full throttle at the end of the season.

It's not just them, all of the clubs are doing it, but the scouse, better said, Klopp, is doing it for a while now.
I am pretty sure he did the same at Dortmund also, Gundo might confirm it.

It's funny, but we are told that football doping somehow stopped after Juventus got caught?

Fix games and doping will forever be in football, I am just surprised how the scousers are allowed to use it that much.

4 - Manchester United have conceded 4+ goals in 12 Premier League games since Sir Alex Ferguson retired, as many times as they did in 810 Premier League games under Ferguson.

I think it’s good he’s still there interfering. They won’t be able to move on as a club and re-build while he’s still involved because what he says goes.

None of the managers since he left have had the balls to tell him to fuck off. He still has an office there apparently. To do fucking what in? Sup whisky and red wine?

Apparently when Paisley took over from Shankly in 74, Shankly turned up in pre season training and Paisley simply told him he left and was no longer part of the club and wasn’t welcome as he wanted to mould the team in his eyes and not to have the previous managers shadow looming over him. Shankly apparently was a broken man after and realised he had left too soon and actually died only six years later

Shankly was 68 when he died.

Oh absolutely it is hilarious Bacon is still there interfering and disrupting. It wouldn’t actually surprise me if deep down he was not arsed about the rags demise as it makes his achievements all the more impressive. He comes across as that sort of guy.

The very fact that he spunked the wages on the dutch rapist to win the title and go out on that tells you everything about him. Let him stay and fester they will not move on whilst he is still in the background
