Why is nobody taking on Trippier? He's surely off if he gets anything else wrong.

Get Foden off. He is wasting a position on the pitch

Thoughts -

- Defence all over the show first half. Walker was getting done by a mid-table winger. Worrying that Ake maybe injured as well now.
- Foden needs to be dropped
- Haaland is making great runs and people aren’t picking him out
- Trippier is a classless cunt
- Pep moaned about subs and then is crap at using them

Fair result. Newcastle won’t be an easy place to come to for anyone. Strong fight back in the second half. Walker had a shocker and he’s up against Zaha next Saturday.

Torn apart by Saint-Maximin today. Left way too much space on his side. Lots of misplaced passes.

But apart from that…

their first goal was a fluke , third goal was unnecessary. However , to their credit they didn't just pack their defence. Like they just did for the last 20 mins . Their juice ran out.

Given the circumstances of the game and considering how we played, its not a bad away point. At 3-1 down most would have taken 3-3.

Seems like a fair appraisal to me
