Cannot be ignored though - this BS needs to be confronted at every given moment .

There's some redshite article on the BBC saying who's best, rags in 99 or red scouse in 22.
At least rags won the league in 99.
Suppose they have to do something to keep their redshite fanbase happy, cos the redshite teams certainly aren't.

It's not even a contest. Rags won the treble and the scousers failed to score in three finals. Neither team has won a game yet this season so why even debate two of their squads from different eras. Some of the other questiosn are more interesting and relevant to be fair. Would like to have seen a question about the most successful team of the last decade but they would probably just bitch on about us not winning the Corruption League yet.

Thought the questions were interesting to be honest and both sides put their respective debates across well.
And though the rags obviously ended up with 3 pots which hasn't yet been matched, they were dead lucky and should have actually won none of them. Arsenal should have won the Double and Bayern the CL

Precisely, and though Liverpool won only the FA cup and the League Cup, they were dead unlucky and should have actually won all of them, and probably some they didn't enter as well.

Good god, I never thought any of you would go so far as look at the questions. The whole point of posting was to show my disgust at how far the media would go to promote two sides that are failing abysmally on the pitch. I don't even think there's any debate who's better, one lot dominated the others won a couple of cup finals on penalties.
Who was better in 2022 or were City 2022 or rags 1999 better might have been more relevant.

It's because there's their relegation 6 pointer coming up

I don't know who's trying to convince! I truly despise these delusional cretins
Unfortunately every story eminating from Dipperpool seems to be conceived by the reasoning of 5 year olds, not really worth the bother - although they do usually sneak 'Manchester City' in there as clickbait!
Interesting thing is that if, by some bizarre twist of fate, the Rags win, they will be above Dippers in the league.

I tend to ignore their drivel. They say we're obsessed with them because we're a little club. Ironically they can't stop talking about us. The levels of delusional is just from another world.
P.s there is no such thing as top 2, there is only one top dog in this league.

Always makes me laugh when they say Man city and Dipperville have shared the premier league between them for the last 5 years...they won it fucking once for fucks sake !!

Lets keep it that way - although it's starting to look as if they won't need any help. The famous Klopp fade seems to be in action

They are the most well-coached team, functionally, technically, everything about their game model is very difficult to play against."

Dream scenario
Win the league and play the vermins in champions League final, Haaland scores a hatrick after tearing van dick in half and Nunez does a Sterling.

Dream scenario would be the dippers finishing bottom of their CL group minimising their profit whilst we stroll to more PL glory and break the CL hoodoo
