LOL
I see you and few your aliases voted for Dunne. You jester you. I recall you slagging Toure on the match thread as well though but obviously he is lesser of the other 10 evils on the pitch for you apart from your fave boy.
you, Edgey, and who else voted for Richards?
And weren't you the idiot who applauded Richards for conceding a needless free kick and yellow card because Pedersen needed 'bringing down'?
Unlike you and your fellow cheerleaders I don't believe in aliases
I voted for SWP. I thought I already said that earlier on the hread. With Bellamy as close second.
Glad to see your St George glasses are working as well as ever!

i though Bellamy by a mile. that guy worked and worked. he got us out of defensive scraps which then led to attacks brilliantly. the passion this guy has when he plays is unquestionable. he'll have a big part in this season's plans if he keeps it up. plus he was giving the blackburn fans some which is always a plus point.

Bellers worked hard all day to be fair, but he got caught offside far too many times

I don't think there was a man of the match. It was a team effort. Nobody was outstanding enough to get credit. Pederson played very well today and was, imo the man of the match. Still , 3 points, is what counts. Blackburn didn't take their chances.
For what it's worth, I thought Ireland was pretty poor today.

I'm not normally one of Dunnes biggest fans but thought that after a shakey start he got better as the game went on. Pulled us out of the crap a couple of times. I hope he gains a lot of confidence from this and puts last seasons calamities behind him.

Its amazing how many City players stood out today, reflected in the comments on this thread. My vote goes to Shay whose three great saves made up for the shortfalls in our defence and kept us afloat when we were under pressure.

I went for Toure, looked assured all game and we were bombarded for large chunks of it.
Notable mentions to SWP, Gaz Baz, Bellers and Ade, the latter who put a shift in that even Hughes would be proud of.

Felt like Toure was the only bright spot of our defense

Had to be Barry for me but isn't it great so many players caught people's eye.

I was hoping there was an option to vote for 'All of the Above' as i think they were all excellent yesterday. Voted for Bellamy though and it's good to see the three that are leading the votes are a defender, a midfielder & a striker, we finally have a spine!!

Agree with others that it's great to see so many names in contention here but I went for SWP for his all round running plus key contribution on both goals. I think the result was better than the performance but that just gives us plenty of room for improvement which is a great thought

not gonna vote. It's far too hard, I thought anyone of Toure, Richards, Bridge, Given, Barry, SWP, Ade or Bellemy would have thoroughly deserved it, which is fantastic really.
