Rumours around the Saints boss is on the brink. If he has lost the dressing room and the players want him gone, then who knows

Walker has had groin surgery. Doubtful he’ll play before World Cup.

Dislike these fuckers, they also turn like they are playing finals against us.

A 9-0 will do.

They're not doing as well as previous years under Ralph, so fingers crossed. We remain the only team undefeted so far.......

Nah

He would get 6. If he for argument sake has 5 by 65-70 minutes then surely Pep leaves him on so he can try for the PL record. I know its a team game and rotation is crucial for preserving his energy to minimise risks of injury and burnout etc.

But surely Haaland has already had a chat about such events and as such the kudos a double hat trick would bring would be worth it?

Of course, by 60-70 minutes he might only have 1 or 2 goals or even 0 in which case the point is moot. But reputations and suchlike are built on outrageous feats. Imagine if he had 20 PL goals after 9 games. Teams are already just setting out to only lose 3-0. We have won a lot of games in the tunnel before the game when they see our team lining up

I hope our fans don’t start being too over confident, it’s a PL game against a team that has caused us problems over the years, I do expect us to win, but expecting records to be broken every game can end in total disappointment, yeah be confident and rightly proud of our team, but temper that with some respect for the other team.
That being said anything less than a convincing win would be a surprise

This is what I was getting at

Echoes how flat the Derby atmosphere went in the second half, it was mad.

Said the same to my kids during the second half never had that before at a derby. Mind mist of the red shite fans had fucked off so that did not help. Back on topic, as a team we will keep on playing the only way we know but we should not under estimate the impact of Haaland on the opposition and should use that to our advantage. We need the viking at Anfield so im expecting him to sit out part of Southampton and all of Copenhagen

It’s all about the 3 points , a scrappy 2 nil will do just fine . Far too many “fans” are expecting far too much and letting all the media hype go to their heads . We are City we do it our way yeah we are now global box office but a fucking circus comes with that just look at the state of all the day trippers half n half scarves all the fucking selfies bullshit . Our fan base needs to keep both feet on the ground until the World Cup , some big PL games before then which will have there own challenges now certain parts of the media already have us down for ruining football on and off the pitch .
Not really here
