The media made a big deal out of these Klopp master strokes being the reason why Liverpool players could run like mad men for 90 minutes, game after game, injury free. Say no more. If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it is a duck.

My understanding is that the special diets and training methods can only be administered for a certain period of time. Liverpool's running stats are way down this year. Looks like they went for broke with the nutrition last year and cannot do the same this year.

Klopp following the same trajectory as his stint at Dortmund.

It will be interesting to see if Liverpool get a second wind for Sunday's game?
