Thank fuck for that 3rd goal

We may have been in front but it just doesn’t work with 2 players who want to cut in all the time.

Foden is ridiculous. We’ve got away with it today just about, but we should be playing our best players when we can.

It’s worrying. When he arrived he was commanding, assured, a leader - doesn’t seem any of those at the moment.

It could be argued that he had a regular partner and hasn't had for a year and half.

Why go for a forth when we can sit back and invite pressure like the good old days. It’s important to keep our fans on their toes.

Shite second half but job done. My 3 takes are it's concerning how easily teams are getting through our midfield lately, ederson (god love him) needs to step his game up with his shot stopping and as good a centre back as he is, Akanji has shown the last 3 games that a right back he is not. He isn't comfortable at all in that position.

Also thanks for everything Riyad but off you fuck.

Brighton are a decent team. It’s a great win all in all. Keeps us going to Tuesday and the Erl of Scoring has another two.

Ed made two class saves today to keep us in the lead. Agree with everything else though.

Three points but Brighton gave us problems especially in the second half before Kevin’s goal. Their pressing caused us problems. Actually big Ed created some good situations with his distribution including for the first goal and made a big save but should have saved the Brighton goal.

Sorry, my fault. He's still excellent one on one, bails us out time and time again. Shots from distance is what worries me.
