Alvarez didn’t do much but needs minutes. I’m sure he’ll start on Tuesday and in the two remaining league games if Haaland isn’t fit. Like to see Palmer get a chance on Tuesday and maybe our young full backs can get minutes too.

I thought Jack played very well. He was far better on the left than Bernardo on the right. Great having Laporte back, best passer out from the back by a mile. Great save from Eddie and what a goal from the maestro

Hard won with a memorable goal. Could define our season - it was that significant I think.

Good to get the win and remember how to play without Haaland. Rogers tactics were spot on. Very hard to break them down and they could try to nick one.
Three points, clean sheet, pressure on Arsenal, can relax and enjoy the other games now.

Good away win. Clean sheet and no further injury issues

Top of the table for 24 hours. That’ll do me

Good isn’t it, on the match thread I was asking Jack to be more direct and run at the defence, first time he does we get a free kick in dangerous area and KDB scores a beautiful free kick, top of the league brilliant

I do miss David Silva in games like this....I've not seen anyone better at threading a ball through tight spaces

Agreed. Needed someone to break through the transitions today like silva.

Foden will do that in the future no doubt.

I think haaland's absence highlights how many players he takes out of the game to allow space for other players, just as much as his obvious goal threat

I like Tielmans, every time I’ve seen him he looked very good. If I am not mistaken he will be free next summer. Maybe try and sign him up

I notice the Beeb's football page has changed to showing the champion's league tables by default rather than the Premier League since we went top. Someone is feeling petty today.

Maddison, the Foxes chief creative playmaker, was approached by Guardiola afterwards with the midfielder revealing: ’He was asking why I didn’t play like the last 15 minutes for the whole game.

Haha brilliant Pep. Get it in Maddison’s mind that Brenda’s tactics are turd and Maddison is wasting his time there.

Plenty of corrupt politicians wear nice suits.

Wearing a nice suit means you have something to hide or covering up inability.

Here is a bunch of cnuts who wore suits regularly: Ferguson, Dalglish, Wenger and Mourinho.
Put a suit on an ape and you have an ape in a suit.
