As an earlier poster called it, Ronaldo came back to the swamp after speaking with Ferguson. Both ego maniacs who have had the red shite's pants down with their latter year antics. Its a shame the ronaldo circus is leaving town as the longer he was there with Ferguson's ear, the longer they would struggle to move forward

I agree in that I really don't think we as a club were in for him and it was him or his agent asking round. Not too dissimilar to the summer and now the January window as it goes.

Whatever his qualities as a man, he has been one of the best footballers we have seen. Persuded to rejoin Utd by ex reds simply to prevent City rubbing their noses in it. He wouldn't have been happy with us, as he would have got even less game time but one things for sure he can score goals given the opportunity. He would have pushed Alvarez down the pecking order though and that isn't a way forward for us. We need fullbacks that can defend if we are going to win stuff this year

The Rags are horrible and always will be, but I’ve grown up surrounded by them and I’m happy to have banter with them about football. I wouldn’t even engage in conversation with a scouser about football or non-football topics. The whole city of Liverpool is scum infested. They think in their heads that they’re hard done by and that everyone wants to be a scouser. That they’re some special creatures. They’re just odious scum.

All those things the scousers have done are as despicable as you say but the rags are no better in my opinion. That video of them surrounding our players getting on the bus last season after the game there, Herrera gobbing on our crest when coming off the pitch at our place, the bile they spouted when Tevez came here and he was only on loan there, the not in my lifetime, and worst of all that clock in their stadium totally taking the piss out of us for years. Don't see dippers doing that to Everton or Arse to Tottenham. Hate them with a passion.
