And that's when the judge turned to the jury and remarked "you can just discount everything Mr Guardiola has just said. It's clearly bullshit"

Steady on now, some might say he's a better defender than cancelo.

If he is found not guilty then pep should absolutely be welcoming him back

I don’t think we’d have any other choice. He’s likely still being paid by the club as he’s not been found guilty at this point.

His contract finishes next summer so I’d imagine if/when he’s found not guilty then it’s a case of the club coming to an agreement and paying up the remainder of his contract, or he comes back and, after two years of no football, he trains with us until the end of the season when he’s released.

I think, he will want to be on the first available plane back to France, I suspect such an exit strategy has been already agreed between the club and player. Clearly wouldn't be match fit for a long time yet.

Anyway we will know soon enough as the Prosecution has started its closing speech, so no more evidence from them now.

I agree. I think we’ll pay up his remaining contract and he’ll go back to France and train with a former club until the summer.

It will be a great boost to have such a world class left back at our disposal. Can't wait, really can't.
