Just realised that they have got a replay, which they don’t deserve.

Fucking sponsors, all about the brand.

Reason given is that there was no camera angle available to prove the corner taker got back onside before playing the ball again. How is there not a camera on either side of the pitch looking across the last 20 yards of the pitch? Or maybe there is.

As we all know a video camera in Liverpool doesn't usually provide any evidence.

Madley has now refereed three games and through his incompetence , made all three games a controversy.

this guy needs to be banned from Refereeing. games would flow better without him. Demotion please , or banned.

MU got the benefit of a 'very tight' call Vs. Everton.
Liverpool got the benefit of 'no camera angle or no VAR or some BS' Vs. Wolves.

Again the benefit goes to MU and Liverpool when they really really need those calls.

Recently in the PL I posted the exact same message after some games. The exact same thing happened, goals allowed/disallowed for MU and Liverpool i.e. both benefited from 'very tight' calls', when they really really needed it.

Even Klopp admitted Wolves had a reason to feel unhappy with VAR.

It is becoming an absolute farce and this is happening under the watch of the new guy, Howard Webb, who has returned from the States in Nov, to sort out VAR
Pretty obvious now why he was selected

The bottom line is that MU advance and Liverpool have a replay in the FA cup because of dodgy calls i.e. corruption.

My primary concern is the help that MU will continue to get in the PL. Not only the allowed/disallowed goals but yellows/reds, etc...
Looks like Howard Webb is going to ramp up that help by a couple of notches. I mean Liverpool Vs. Wolves was daylight robbery, as was MU Vs. Everton.

City Vs. the Rags. How bad is that going to be. Casemiro and Martinez (any MU player) will be allowed kick fuck out of City players.........That is before the 'tight calls' come into play.....

Very concerned.....will City be allowed to win anything this season?

Re: Wolves third goal .

I have read some strange comments ( elsewhere not here ) even one saying of course the corner taker was coming back from an offside position!

There was no offside.

There should be an investigation into this and the way VAR drew lines for the goal against the rags but didn't show when they were stopping the video as they always have done previously .

Disgraceful abuse of modern technology.

Re :Wolves third goal .

The Action takes place at 80.15 seconds roundabout , in the game .

The corner kick taker immediately runs back and towards the penalty area . The Linesman is not even five yards away from the corner flag on the other side of the pitch when the corner is taken. The camera as the kick is taken does not show the offending linesman at all . Who knows where he is .

The Scouse2 defender heads the ball out , it hits a wolves players head on the way to the corner taker who is clearly onside at this time.

no doubt about that there are still scouse2 players moving out from both posts.

on You tube the goal incidents are shown , "Wolves offside" . Strangely available , quite often , not allowed in your country . Further , four goals are shown with replays from several angles.

Scouse2 goals shown from the same side as from where the corner was taken.

The 3-2 goal has no other angles at all and only shown from the original central camera .

Weird eh ?

I think we all know what is going on with football at the moment and it has absolutely nothing to do with sport.

I had to turn off the match yesterday out of sheer disgust but to then see the ‘offside’ goal, Robertson landing on Traore and confirmation that VAR doesn’t actually work at Anfield, it just goes to confirm that the game is being used for commercial value rather than for sporting integrity.

It'll all be worth it when we have a rag dipper showpiece final of the century.

Using the same rule that allowed salah's goal to stand, the corner taker is onside when the ball gets its second headed touch back to him.

It's bent.

Ah so Trent plays him on . No wonder i couldn't find the linesman he was behind the goal line and the Corner flag ! not even level with the last defender.

If you look at the fella taking the corner also, there's a camera man directly next to him. Didn't see the replay from that angle did we.

Linesman is on the other side, he's level with Trent. I think the bloke you're referring to is the camera man I mentioned.
