Foden in midfield? Walker as Captain after being hauled off. Laporte back which is good to see.

It's more about wtf each player is actually going to play rather than what players are playing at the minute.

The team on thur looked perfect. Then I realised 4 of them were out of position.

Kevin can’t start time after time. Nor Erling. Both on a very strong bench though. Alvarez to start was a no brainer.

I started this for today’s game, but there just isn’t enough content for it’s own thread. I am just going to leave it here…As always:
COME ON CITY!!!

Referee Robert Jones
Assistant Referees Ian Hussin & Darren Cann
Fourth Official Darren England
VAR John Brooks
AVAR Adam Nunn

Team Selection

Kepa
Azpi - Chalobah - Koulibaly - Hall
Zakaria - Kovacic
Ziyech - Gallagher - Chukwuemeka
Havertz

And the rest…

Oh good, Man City again. Less pressure on this one, nobody expects us to win and if we go out, then so be it, fewer games to worry about.

Seeing as the season is a write off we should embed all the youngsters we have bought last Summer and this window into the first team squad, alongside our own academy products. Previously we would loan them, but with a lot of games left in a season where Top 4 is unlikely so there is no risk, get them all as experienced as possible for the years ahead.

Bit surprised Rico doesn't start. Would have also liked Phillips to play to give Rodri a rest.
But mustn't grumble.

Might reserve judgement until after, even on Palmer!

If I were a betting man, a Gallagher red would be worth a tenner

How the fuck is he going to line up today? Alvarez at left back and walker in a false nine? Fuck knows what he'll do till we start. Strong bench and they will be thinking more towards chumps league spot.

Bring on Oxford!
I haven't a fecking clue what I'm doing! Gillie come back man I want my sig back. As the Photobucket thingy gone?

Without Haaland we will be able to see if our game reverts to our last few seasons.

He's certainly pissed everyone off. Every time he's stepped on the field since August he's been shocking, world cup included

It's a lovely refs uniform though. All black, no frills. Classy.
