Foul then offside when the ref see the flag. Maybe play on if Bruno gets to the ball first but unlikely with Walker on his tail. Either way unlikely to result in a goal.

I am more concerned with how with 10 mins left of an away derby, the rags went 4 v 2 just after they equalised. What happens us when we concede? We panic and lose our shit, we just need to compose ourselves keep it tight and go again. A draw would have been acceptable a loss not, we were very naive for an established team who are rated the best in the world.

it is not naive at all.

Akanji , who's mother is Swiss and parents live not far from where i live , said it clearly . What he said , would be considered by the PL as to be bringing the game into disrepute . City are not naive , you cannot legislate for this kind of BS.

It is cheating . I've just watched Poulson give the Arse everything , shocking display.

Im talking about after the goal is given…we concede straight away. Its happened before against the dippers and real madrid in high profile away matches. In fact two in a row for that fucker casmeiro.

We are on top of a game, concede a goal against run of play, panic like fuck to try restore the lead instantly, throw everyone forward and then concede straight away again.
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,

Anyone in a clear offside position then we should just boot them to the moon and it’ll get given as a foul then VAR will look at it and see it was offside and we’ll get the free kick. Hopefully we can use this tactic against any team in red.

I also think teams have worked out that if they can stop Kev then they’ve stopped Haaland as well, because nobody else is providing him with any service. They could put two players on Kev and that’s taken our two most effective players out the game. Simple as.

Like: then VAR will look and see a player in an offside position is clearly intervening in play and we will get a free kick........................

It is a sensible plan but I am sure VAR will find a way to negate it.

The way it will be negated is by saying they were not offside and so the challenge by the defender was a foul. As we learnt on Saturday that it is the actions of the attacking player that cause the offence, then the defender deliberately changing course to fall over the attacker will be seen as foul play and penalised.

That would be the rule for a UTD attack but if City were attacking then it would be offside.
The technology is a tool to fulfill the agenda, just like the refs and linesmen.

Sadly, I think we can. Spurs look pretty average but watch them show up at our place.

Dermot trying desperately to justify the goal and the presenter (top guy) just picking him apart.

First time I’ve heard heard of a subjective offside

We’ve always been told offside is offside and it’s clear cut and VAR will always get it right. Now we know that’s a lie as when the lines are drawn is a little bit subjective in when the boot first makes contact with the ball, or on its release as those milliseconds can result in inches which can mean offside or not.

Is this the edge of offside that Ratboy used to bang on about?

We have to shake this 'them against us' attitude and just play our bets team in the correct positions.

No more reinventing the wheel needed from PeP - Just fucking play players who are in form week in and week out until they go off form.

The other day we made next to FUCKALL crosses into the box for Haaland......absolute waste of space if a winger cannot cross the ball into the Penalty area........the scum sprayed the ball left to right all match long and all we did was run back.

If Pep continues to fuck around with the basics then we wont even make 2nd spot in the prem this season.

He needs to get back to basics.....we have played shit since the 6-3 drubbing of the scum ffs.

I think the WC has fucked up his thinking. Since we have returned, he seems to want to rotate more and is talking about average minutes and having everyone at the same levels which, I can only assume, is being driven by his medical team?
We are fast approaching shit or bust in the league.. id go as far as saying Spuds on Thursday is must win regardless of how the Arse game goes and they also have the red shite up next and they will have noted how we were caught out
Back to your point, it really should be whose abailable, play in the correct positions and leave the fucking back four alone. Do that and we are back in it

Whilst I agree with this, I wouldn’t hold your breath regarding Pep and back four, he is obsessed with “minutes “ so I think he will continue to tinker and generally fuck about with the team. It is disaster for a defence not to be settled, so I say again we have to manage our expectations this season

We have one of the best if not the best strikers in the world
One of the best creative midfielders in the world
One of the best DM in the world
One of the best right backs in the world
We have top defenders
Talented wide men
One of the best up and coming striker

You can argue about one or two for form, either way this is a talented squad. As good as Arsenal have been they are not as good. As much as I tried to lower my expectations or even throw in the towel, it's very disappointing from Pep and the players thus far. It's not good enough. I'm hoping Pep will find a formula and turn it around, if one manager can do it, it will be him.

And if we were not blatantly cheated we would have won that match 1-0. Probably by more.
A lot of our tactics stifled our natural play because we did not want to expose ourselves to situations were UTD would get easy penalties, etc...
It worked so well that they resorted to subjective offsides that meant VAR could not overrule. BS.
No need to start flogging Pep.
