He's also creating mind games with Arsenal. Saying we're all crap and they will murder us. Pretty sure he doesn't think any of that.

Arteta won't fall for it though

Ederson: He's been a huge piece of our success, but for a couple of years now, even more, he is slowly turning into a liability. We've seen it so many times in games like the one from yesterday when he is sleeping for 44 minutes, then at the first situation, let's one/two in.
When we shit our bed, he is the prime suspect. We've been critical about Sterling, but I think Big Ed got a lot of free pass, but his howlers and the lacking ability to make crucial saves is something that we felt most likely in Europe.

Kevin: It's became quite a thing for me to see Grealish playing really good when Kevin is not around. We've heard this many times, but we really are a better team without him because many of our players connect better. 18/19 season comes to mind when we had our run without him.
Of course selling him is out of the question, but how can you use him when he is not getting younger and sadly, his game is slowly regressing?

Rodri: As much as I love him, a crucial part of our game, when we are going to accept he is not a defensive mid? He can't break a game. He is more of a roaming midfielder, but when teams break us on counters we are truly fucked because he can't track back/make a smart tactical fault. Look at the replay when Spurs hit the post, look at him tracking back.
Now, how many times did you see that play against us? Brentford, Everton, scouse (after a fuck up from Cancelo, to be honest). And this is just on the top of the mind.
I think Rodri can safely fill Gundo's shoes, but we need a proper ball playing midfielder, a young and fast version of Fern that will break any attempts before they start.

I am all in with Pep, the players needed the bollocking last night. I hope he will start to show less favoritism and be more harsh with them. 99% of them forget they won fuckall titles before coming here.

PS: Don't know who that Uncle Fester was last night, but the ref was a disgrace.

PP- Your vendetta against Kev is getting boring mate, every time he misplaces a pass you comment. How has Grealish ever been better without him. He played last night very similar to when he came on at the swamp but with Kev in the side. You used to say it about Bernardo- maybe Kev intimidates him because he's so much better.
How has he regressed, his stats this season are outstanding. Since the WC when he's supposedly been poor he was MOTM against the dippers, superb at Leeds and in the derby although he wasn't great he set up the goal on a plate for Jack and did the same for Silva who decided not to try and head it in from a yard but head it across goal for some bizarre reason.
Agree with you on Ederson btw- not so much Rodri.

He’s terrible at mind games. Ties himself in knots. The fact is though, he doesn’t even need to do it. We’re the better team.

Mancini had the mind games spot on at the end of 2012. Kept quiet until there was a sniff and then put the pressure on the Rags by saying they’d already won it. I’m sure Paddy Power paid out on the Rags winning the league after one of Bob’s interviews

Vendetta? Against Kev? Are you mad?
How can someone has a vendetta against him?

I am just pointing out some things about him. Not saying let's sell him, not saying drop him.
The thing with Kevin is you either get a world class performance, or horrible, just horrible. My point is as an unit we are more connected without him because everyone is doing more. Gundo & Grealish were tracking back like mad dogs last night. I would try a middle with Gundo, Grealish and Bernie to see how it will work and have an alternative. I see Kevin stats, but there are many moments when he plays absolutely dogshit and then gets a pass out of nowhere.
Imho, we are a better team without him. But we are lacking his quality when he is not playing. The two sides of the coin with him.

And Rodri, what is you don't agree?
For me his workrate on the offence is incredible, he is moving around. I would love to see a stat of how many goals we scored since the play started from him. But on the back, when there is huge pressure, I don't trust him, or better said, I would rather have someone who plays a defensive role by his side.
He is too much of an artist to be a destroyer.

Mate , PeP gave the press and opposing fans all the fuckign ammunition they need to slag us off ( more than they usually do ) and if that doesn't bother you then I envy your 'shrug of the shoulders' attitude to it.

I wish I had Rhino skin like you.

There is just NO NEED to slag the fans off like he has done in the past and continues to do it........NO need at all.

He should focus on the players and not us fans...........he blames himself one day for our shit displays and then the very next day its the players fault and the fans fault.

It was one of those unbelievable comebacks and the focus IN THE PRESS should be about that.

Ederson made a huge fuck up last night, but he kept us in it at OT on Saturday at 0-0 He made a class save. This myth he doesn’t make saves is nonsense. He’s a top top keeper.

For two of the most vocal and unapologetic posters this site has seen you and Mase are awfully sensitive when it comes to Peps comments.

I just see it as a rallying call to say that if we want to hunt Arsenal down - we (fans, players, himself and club) need to be a nastier, hungrier and more aggressive beast.

Pep spot on in his interview.
We need a couple of enforcers to dish out retribution (in a supple manner). Like if you kick our kid or any of our players around be prepared to get hurt. We need a couple of mouths to harass the Ref. Get in his ear from the word go. Point out the kicking, the rediculous booking of Mahrez, and remind the ref of their bad decisions, etc...

If Lee, Buzzer, Doyle, Book, etc... were playing, Spurs would have paid a price for Rico being targeted.

We miss Fern, I was hoping that Phillips would provide some muscle and nastiness.

Spot on is this.

Pep wasn’t spot on at all  Any time a player has shown a bit of fight he’s bollocked them. Grealish last season against Atletico - when he stuck up for himself after being kicked and having his hair pulled Pep bollocked him and ragging him about on the pitch for daring to stick up for himself  The guy is bipolar.

It starts from the top. As a club we’ve let the FA, Uefa, referees, the media shit all over us. But Pep wants his players to stick up for each other? How about we start as a fuckin club doing it first, and the players will follow.
