They agreed a deal with us for Jorginho only to backtrack and we were fuming by all accounts. We still went back to try for Koulibaly. I don’t see it being any different here. If we’re interested we’ll contact them.

Nice to see City want to increase Alvarez's contract.

At the moment Pep has the "politically" difficult decision to start Alvarez ahead of Jack (100 mill) and Phil -future of English football. I think once Mahrez fades , Julian will be the automatic starter. The kid has so much energy in his play. Leaving Phil and Jack to battle it out on the left until Tin tin takes a lesser role as he ages.

I see we are linked with Alexis Mac Allister.
WC winner, but I don't think he is good enough.

So is Lavia, haven't we got a buy back with him?

Manchester United have joined Chelsea and Arsenal in keeping tabs on Southampton's 19-year-old Belgian midfielder Romeo Lavia

This happens and I’ll be raging. Total piss take.

Apparently our buy back doesn’t kick in for two summers so it would be 2024. In the meantime he’s free to go to any club he wants. 19 years old and making a good account of himself at a Premier League team and we’re struggling for a back up with Rodri.

Firmino has told Liverpool he’ll be leaving on a free in the summer.

I think Salah checked out once he signed his new contract.
Followed by VVD, TAA and a few others when they 'kopped' on that they had been taken for a ride, salary wise, by FSG.

100%
Their midfield is aging and Manè going was a huge loss.

Sorry Mase, I just don't see it that way. Mane was a cnut of the highest order. He gave them something extra up front but he is a cheat like Salah.
He hasn't changed at Bayern.

I think it is basically the screw up with Salad's salary that caused all their problems . They have a winger that misses more than he hits, has always been that
way and like Kane bloats his goal tally by taking all the penalties that they dive for . It is actually shocking how many chances Salad misses compared to other strikers.

All the while their season ticket renewals window was open. Much like the red shit over the road. They did not seriously think he wanted to play alongside Henderson and Milner and the young Galician kid - did they.???
