This ref is a cunt, we look wide open to the long ball to right wing, apart from a Phil magic goal we look a bit sloppy, we obviously need a second if we are going to win, bit nervy for me.

Sorry to say but Kevins been awful apart from that one pass to Erling. I’m sure he’ll stay on. Would prefer Laporte to replace Akanji. Won’t happen. Newcastle are quite a big side and need to be watched on set pieces. This game is far from won. Oh and the referee is dreadful.

Played quite well ok so far. Good on transitions with gundo the main man again. Need end product though.

Ref decent but missed a couple of yellows.

BT acoustics are questionable, crowd turned right down.

I think part of the problem is we try too hard. Sometimes the other option is the one but kev in particular keeps trying the Hollywood to haaland.

No mistake, Newcastle playing really well. He's done a great job Howe.

But we're playing sloppy, and again minimal link between midfield and defence. That's one thing we really do get with Bernie, always mobile looking for the ball. We just don't get that with rodri and gundo.

I'd take the risk of losing some midfield steel and bring Rico on for rodri. We need somebody looking for gaps and Rico has shown he can do it.

Erling not up to spec so far. Made a few runs far too early. Normally we have a problem finding him but today he's made the problems himself. Tell him to calm it down a bit and the chance will come.

Rico for Rodri, are you mad?

KDB just kicks it out for a goal kick. Radar is very off. And not just today. Maybe he needs a rest and reset
