Good bloke who is taking a stand for the less off.

Good to see his colleagues have joined him and put the BBC in a position of being absolute clowns.

Small boats, you cunts, these are real people.

Voice of reason. Totally agree.
And he's not stepping back, he's sidelined due to refusing to apologize.

Both of you have totally missed the point. Literally no one on here has said anything about migrants. That’s not even the discussion. It’s about comparing Nazi Germany to today. I’m sure if either of you had Jewish friends, relatives, people you knew you wouldn’t agree with the comment.

You’re both coming across very antisemitic.

Jug ears has been getting away with his bias for donkeys years - it was always going to come down to public outrage before the tits at the BBC did something about it .

There are 1 or 2 People commenting on here who are too stupid and thick to understand that when you break your contract you will be up for disciplinary action and here they are , outraged that jug ears has been taken ‘ off air ‘ !!

fucking dummies .

I’d quite like to watch Match of the Day with no studio coverage. Just footie. More like going to a game. Kind of.

Why does he not just resign. It’s not as though he will not be back on another channel.

A lot of the rhetoric being used by the tories is very similar to that used by the national socialists when they first came into power in the late 20s / early 30s. That was his point. He hasn't mentioned the holocaust, it has just been spun that way by the Tories.

He hadn't broken his contract. He is a freelancer not restricted by the BBC impartiality rules. The BBC is basically the propaganda arm of the Conservative party these days.

This is just all spin by the tories to distract from the real news this week about Boris' corruption

Even as a freelancer, you still have a contract. The contract will be with Lineker’s LTD company most likely.

Another way for Lineker to dodge taxes by being a freelancer  and he’s talking about helping other people

Lineker is a wanker
Tories are wankers

Can we ask for a refund for our TV licence seeing the BBC failed to meet its broadcasting obligations?

He’s in breach of his contract - that’s why he’s been ‘ taken off air ‘…………. ffs!!

He got away with it with many of his tweets and BS he has spouted - now he’s crossed the line once too often.

Here - this May help you !

A contract case usually comes before a judge because one or both parties claim that the contract was breached. A breach of contract is a failure, without legal excuse, to perform any promise that forms all or part of the contract.
