should have smashed them last year
time for revenge in the semi
They still knock it around well and have pace up top they are no mugs but last night showed us we can live with a team set up like that. I'd be confident playing them over two legs
playing them in the final would worry me but over 180 mins i can’t see anyone beating us

Having 2 players suspended from the 2nd leg may hurt Napoli especially if the striker remains sidelined. Still make Napoli favourites to go through though

I wonder how Brahim Diaz would have fit in had he stayed at City

Wouldn't have got much game time. Had better, established players in front of him.
Not unlike Borges from the Academy. Great prospect and seems to score most games. But he has Foden, Jackie and Mahrez as established Internationals ahead of him. Borges will go somewhere for £15m or so and because success. But because we are already the best with top players it is very hard to make it here.

As the academy continues to thrive, we will see more instances of the same. As we are seeing, we are producing some reals gems but only the very best will make it into the first team and be able to hold down a place in one of the best teams in europe. Of the ones who go, we may find some go on to flourish . We cannot keep them all but we are giving them a great grounding and foundation

10 man rags, run out of subs, Martinez out for the season, Varane injured, Bruno banned for the next leg - the ginger piglet will be in tears again

Oh dear, how sad......never mind!

Yep
Boo-hooing with Hargreaves
As an aside, why was Martinez carried off by two Sevilla players? Did the rags not give a toss?
