View from the Away End

I have decided to just change the team selection and officials and post the same comments! It feels like all of the opposing fans are expecting the same result these days. I just hope I am there when we hit double figures. The interesting thing about this game is that Sky are predicting it will be 1-1. I wouldn’t bet on that.

COME ON CITY !!!

Referee: Darren England
Assistants: Eddie Smart, Nick Greenhalgh
Fourth official: Jeremy Simpson
VAR: Jarred Gillett
Assistant VAR: Lee Betts

Team Selection

Iversen
Souttar - Evans - Faes
Ricardo - Mendy - KDH - Kristiansen
Maddison - Daka - Barnes

And the rest…

What do we reckon? First 10-0 in the Premier League?

Great now let's predict the second half.

7-0 Man City

New manager trounce.

Anything less than 20 would be a surprise on today's performance. Bournemouth could have had ten.

Haaland vs our defence is nightmare inducing.

MC will take this as a gimme and rest most of their first team players.

Well we currently jointly hold the record for the biggest defeat in the English top division so we could possibly get the accolade on our own.

Fair play anyone travelling to watch this - May I suggest an appointment at the local psychiatric ward as soon as possible .

Saving grace is its in between the 2 Bayern games so hopefully they'll get the game won in 20 minutes and then ease off.

Going to be a bloodbath.

Please no Vardy as a lone striker.

Feeling well up for this, I don’t know the statistics but it certainly feels like we generally do ok against Man City.

Man City are looking like a well oiled machine tonight. We're going to get absolutely molested.

Watching Man City play Bayern makes me certain that we're in for a slaughter.

They always moan about us parking the bus. If it's not the fans it's the players. One post reads "We struggled to beat them at their place earlier in the season due to an 8 man defence camped in their penalty area". Maybe if the league was more of a level playing field and we could spend 100m on one single player then teams wouldn't have to go so defensive…Honestly I can't stand them.

Looks like with Barnes and Ricardo out we’ll be playing narrow, hopefully 2 up top.

I just want to see a committed performance, go off the pitch with their heads held high not another game where they haven't laid a glove on their top 6 opponnent.

A fresh Mahrez, Foden, Alvarez and a dictat from Pep to absolutely not **** up at any cost will mean they put minimum 5 on the board. I think 4 -1 or 2 would be a great result.

No complaints if we get pasted. Manchester City are hitting that form they do every year where they won't lose a game from now. Apart from a major European final of course.

Should be a good game and will happily take the three points however they come

Good one !

As i see it, in München on wednesday a draw or win is needed

Today we must go for three points , no letting up.

Strong team out , ease other players in if the scoreline allows it.

I love Harry Souttar but pace is his Achilles heel.

I'm optimistic we will get a v good result.

I'm envisioning a bastard of a match with a last minute 2-1 winner coming from the man Kevin.
