Anyone in the league is a rival. Especially anyone in the top 6 or a team that was considered part of original the Sky “Top 4”. Arsenal went behind our back and turned up at Arteta’s house without permission to discuss him joining them. The fact we even entertained doing business with them not once, but twice in one window is disgraceful.
