Indeed, sometimes a scrappy win helps keep the players grounded.

League titles are built on them

relax, key players rested. Each game is different , Fulham looked more up for it than the Arse.

We are top with a game in hand. I expect Chelsea to win on tuesday.

Calm down mate. Can't see them winning again

But they need a point to hit the magical 40 points... here's hoping that happens on Tuesday

Pep says maybe a bit of a drop after the big match against Arsenal. Also says pitch was very dry and difficult for either side to get a rhythm. It certainly won’t be dry at the Etihad on Wednesday against West Ham and Saturday against Leeds. I just hope we have enough energy for a presumably tough match at the Bernabeu. Would be nice to have a fresh and fit Ake and Kevin for that one.

Pep already flagging up Burnley away as a tough one. I expect Arsenal to beat Chelsea, no longer favourites so pressure a bit less, but might well drop points at St James’s. This is nowhere near done. We have to keep on winning.

There’s nothing with a long ball as long as the player concerned has the skill to be accurate and the receiving player has the technique to receive it.

Good win today against a decent team that were fit and made it hard for us in the second half. Grealish came close a couple of times and had a tough battle on the pitch. Didn't think we lumped it up the field at all today so don't understand the Tony Pullis comments. Sometimes it can be good to grind out a win, keeps our feet on the ground. Congratulations to Haaland and Alvarez shows what he is capable of with a great goal.

I understand Erling Haaland is top of the league.
Can anyone confirm?
