Just saw that on BBC by some no mark Karen Bardsley. Apparently played for City’s womens as a goalkeeper. The state of the womens goalkeepers diving 20 minutes after the ball has passed and she dares to dig out City fans and Ederson! Still can’t believe that people actually pay for a TV license.

Just read that Bardsley piece right through and she's actually arguing the opposite, laying most of the blame for Ederson's "poor" stats this season on the constantly changing defence in front of him. Since the back 4 has "settled", his stats have been great. She also points out that although some of his metrics are down on previous seasons, he's still up there with the best in the PL.
As for that other "comeback" article, well what do you expect from the bitter MUTV, sorry BBC.

I can't tolerate BBC TV news in the morning, Sky's almost as bad and ITV unwatchable so Radio 4 is the last resort, even then it's the gabbling cretin Amol Rajan on shift today and to cap it all David James invited to talk about our game tonight. Two minutes on the Chavs mess and 10 seconds on City including "if you could predict results nobody would watch...."

The fact they’ve just “randomly” put this article out when we’ve got a second leg of a QTR final in the CL is the main issue. Are they not a British media company? Why the negative story on the morning of such a big game for a British club? If they’re obsessed about GK’s why not a story on how Bayern let one of their best players go skiing after the World Cup and now he’s injured for the season.

The sly digs about City fans saying Ederson is a weak link to a treble charge…fuck me its clutching at straws.

Yes, the article is more a defence of Ederson than a criticism of him. Even the headline isn’t as misleading as suggested, if you spot the inverted commas around ‘worst’. I doubt that KB would write something that was critical of City or its players - she was with the women’s team for nine years and I think she still is involved with City in some capacity. Fully agree though that the BBC seem to look for any opportunity to denigrate the club and it’s achievements.

Trust me on this, the choice of "Ederson's Worst Ever Season" as a headline on the day of our historic game is just a small part of the constant stream of putrid anti-City propaganda from that rag & dipper infested BBC Sport cesspit.

But “Ederson’s Worst Ever Season” isn’t actually the headline, is it? Agree with your sentiments re BBC journalism (and have complained to them about it in the past), but it doesn’t help to use their tactics (involving misrepresentation) to try to make a perfectly valid general point.

The scum/dipper herds only need a negative phrase to please them - that's how it works. Like on TS just now, the openly racist cartel shill Jordan jeering "Why City aren't getting the kudos for their Treble hunt" (Answer because they are cheating Arabs btw.)

On the BBC the top story is the build up to the WSL game between rags and Arsenal

Second story is the CL games tonight

They did exactly the same last week. Again, not sure why anyone pays their license fee.

They even admitted on talk sport that our club doesn’t get the recognition it deserves - SJ actually turned into a Man City fan on that particular segment of the show .
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

BBC Sport is just a pot of boiling anti-City venom, their chief editor Roan viscerally hates our club and is a willing tool of the US cartel who want to destroy us. Their website is run by the ex-head of the Rag social media machine, which blatantly uses our public broadcaster like an outlet of MUTV. Utterly shameful but I'm afraid they sit in Salford laughing at posts like this with the same thing happening at yank owned Sky & TS who are also continually pumping out their racist propaganda, BT with the likes of Jake the snake, Ferdinand, Savage & Owen just grovel for the rag mass audience with the rest.

What happened yesterday really shows the level of media manipulating, not just in the UK.
The rags are not a horrible team, but they are far for being contenders if they can go head to head without having any help.

It kills the game, it really does. The new media push really broke us as humans and gave voices to impostors.

As good as we are, It really annoys me that we are not getting the recognition we deserve as a club when it comes to football. Sure, behind the offices you can say what you want, but those players redefined football for me and we will never hear how good they were.
Sure, we know, but it would be nice to get the respect they deserve.

Rags have spent that much that they SHOULD be challenging. The media won’t call them out for that. They’ve spent a fuck load and they’re nowhere near and haven’t been for 10 years now. They hide behind the, “we’re building, it won’t happen over night”. Well it’s been ten years now, so when will it happen?

Exactly mase.

How many trophies have we won while we were building from scratch over the last 12 years or so?

They have zero excuse but the lack of mockery in the media says it all.

We still get mocked more than them and we're the best football team on the planet.

I got a text this morning from a Rag mocking our attendances randomly. I just sent back, “you do realise that you got knocked out of a comp last night that fuckin Rangers got to the final off!” With a million laughing emojis. They’re the thickest bunch around.

Don't know if Sky were listening to you MAse, but here's the call out you were looking for:

https://www.skysports.com/football/stor ... d-no-title

Ferguson famously asked fans to "stand by our new manager" in his farewell speech at Old Trafford, reminding supporters of the patience he was afforded in bad times. Since then, United have had five permanent managers, two chief executives and one set of owners, the Glazers. They’ve spent £1.43bn on transfers and £40m on managers while running up a debt of nearly £1bn. Still no title, though.

Played golf the other week with an older rag fan, he turns around “why the fuck are you extending your stadium when you can’t even fill it now”!
It’s the only thing they can hold on to is ti believe what the media says. It’s fuckin killing them
