so I'll just take a peak in Pandora's box (oo er):

are you sure you want this statement to be your summary of what RM has contributed?

I don't know.

I'll make official statement to appease the critiques when I've calmed down. It's not going to happen today though.

Seriously pissed off about last night and did sleep more than two hours.

What I do or don't think is irrelevant here though. Mancini has been given until summer and the owners will make judgement whether they feel this is acceptable.

For what it's worth, I'm fucking fuming about last night. I don't know what winding me up will achieve except me hurling insults at people. Which I'm pretty close to doing. But I'm desperately trying to remain zenlike here.

What I don't understand is how you threw all kinds of insults at Hughes (partly because he played for United which you never failed to mention) whenever we drew, yet we have played absolute shit football under Mancini for a while now, lost more games and you do not have a go at him.

I just don't get it. Is it because you are too proud to admit that it was wrong to sack Hughes and hire this guy?

I am not trying to wind you up, I just think that deep down inside you already know that Mancini is not the right manager either and you are pissed off about the fact that you stuck up for him and wanted him so badly. So much so that now that he is at our club and turned our football into absolute dogshit, you are sort of too stubborn to treat him the same way you treated Hughes.

Did you read my fucking post? Whether you are trying or not, you ARE winding me the fuck up.

Hughes was a rag cunt. And average manager. How people would even tolerate such disgusting bastard who hated us guts when he was still playing and kicked the SHIT out of our players for FUCKING rags. I will never know. It's like 20 years from now Gary Neville paraded as new City manager. At least for me. I could've tolerated that piece of shit if he was top top manager but average manager at best of times. I'd rather have average manager with little or no results who wasn't a rag than average manager with little or no results who was a rag bastard. Don't you?

We finished 10th last season for fucks sake.

Now let it the fuck go.

Imagine how you'd feel if it was the other way 'round & the manager you were happy with, who's football you loved watching had been sacked, then Hughes had been brought in to produce that pile of fucking shite then, get to the back of the queue.

completely hilarious.

he has improved our position very slightly against god awful teams (in some cases, teams we only scraped the win!)

Any tough test he has had he has fallen at the 1st hurdle! we look absolutely diabolical at the moment.

i know we dont want to keep bringing up hughes but in this case i think we have too. if it was hughes that had come in, putting these teams out with these performances YOU would be going absolutely fucking crazy demanding that he be sacked.

What the fuck are you lot going at each other for?
mancityfans.net didn't get Hughes sacked. We didn't get Mancini appointed.
The guy who bankrolls our club, for whatever it takes to get the players WE WANT did it.
Stop being a bunch of nobs, Hughes was shit, end of. The only mistake the Sheik made was getting Mancini in.
Hughes would never have got us where we wanted, same as Bob won't.

Unfortunately, we need to change Manager again. So lets just suck it and see until the end of the season, as there is no way Mancini will be replaced between now and then.

You thought Hughes was shit so you're not arsed he gone, that's fine but I didn't & was very happy, so I am arsed he's gone which I'm entitled to be & yep, we have to wait another season but I think we've chucked this season down the shitter.

I'm not saying you can't be pissed off about it, I'm saying there is no point blaming posters on here for it. They didn't sack him. The Sheik did.

What he said. I'm fucking pissed off that this season has gone to shit....lots of us said exactly what might happen if we pressed the panic button re Hughes. I agree he might not have been the person to take us to the top, and if he'd been replaced by a top top proven manager I don't think we would be in this shitty situation. Unfortunately we got this assclown and he is ruining this season as well as maybe fucking up the solid squad he inherited by royally fucking some of them off.

And, mancityfans.net didn't get Hughes sacked but a proportion of fans against him from the off, for non-performance related issues, DID contribute towards it. To be willfully blind to that is ridiculous. And I think those of us who didn't want him gone are perfectly in our rights to vent our feelings towards those who contributed towards him being axed at a stupid time for a stupid cunt of a replacement

Just going to repeat what I put in the Jose thread seeing as it fits the title of this thread very nicely -

It hurts, it really does. Towards the end of last nights game my girlfriend made the mistake of asking me how it was going. My reply went something like -

"We're shit, we'll always be shit. Doesn't matter how much money we've got, how many world class players we sign, we're always going to be a laughing stock"

No way was I certain he could take us all the way to the top either. I was certain he was doing a fucking good job for the present though & building a club which, if he'd eventually fallen short after a couple of attempts at the top, would have been in a great position to be taken over by a top manager AT THE RIGHT TIME to go the extra step. I also think he would have sent out a team to tear Wes Brown a new arsehole in the cup semi & we'd now be at Wembley. That's just my opinion of course & can never be proved.
