Watch on youtube.com

When Kev made that run he only had jack (pbuh) alongside. Gundo was sauntering around behind. Watching on TV it looked like Kev was rebuking ilkay for not keeping up with play.

Yeah, me too, I was 100% sure he shouted at Gun dog

Pep’s confirmed Kev was shouting at him. He said he “loves it”

Alvarez wins the ball back chases down the pitch and scores. Foden and Alvarez are great options off the bench if they don’t start. So much energy and positive play.

Foden’s pass was class.

I still believe Phil is best in the middle. He's got a drive and dribble like yaya, an eye for a pass like el mago, and he knows when to press. I've got half a mind thinking it will be him who eventually replaces Kevin.

Agree with this. He’s got the legs, eye for a decent pass and he can also keep the ball as well. Will be interesting to see if Pep moves him there if/when Gundo goes.

I rewatched this match last night too. Outside of a derby would you say that this is the most hostile the fans have been to an opposition at the Etihad? It was brilliant.
