De Gea apparently definitely out at the Scum. Onana almost certainly in.

He’s been treated very badly. Kept hanging on in case they didn’t find a replacement. Over the years he saved the Scum time after time.

De Gea’s farewell message to United fans.

Don’t know how this is breaking news today. He ceased his employment at the swamp on the 30thJune when his contract expired.

Treated very badly?

He has trousered at least £375k a week for the last five years. The next best paid goalkeeper in the world is probably on around £150k a week, if that. That’s well over double.

He has taken the fucking piss big time

He was United Player of the Year four times. He played in front of shite defences and saved them time after time. Clearly the Manager didn’t fancy him because he’s not good with his feet. They should have just parted company instead of dangling a new contract at him.

Nice one SC. Does Salford have it's own national airline like they do in Yorkshire ?

Think to say he is utter dog shit is harsh to be fair. He has been very good not so long ago. Obviously less so now.

But to all the rags saying he was and still is one of the PL greats, the lack of interest in him from other PL and indeed European clubs, despite him being a free transfer is very telling.

Maybe his wage demands are putting prospective buyers off

Just check quickly to see the news and ended up on Transfermarkt and his market value is ... 25 mil.

Have we ever sold someone for their true market value?

How far would we have to go back? SWP?

I reckon you only have to go back to last summer whilst we made a profit bringing in Haaland, Alvarez and Akanji after selling Sterling, Jesus and Zinch.
I think we got more than anyone expected for Angelino the summer before as well which was close to 20 mil.
