And is it not a bit pathetic him being played? A proper U21 kid is missing out on that spot. Just seems a bit silly to me.

It's when the campaign begins, not the finals.

You qualify if you are under 21 at the start of qualifying. This would have been September 2021 I read somewhere.

The lad who Newcastle just signed, Tonali, was in the same position and there are probably others as well

Surely Cole Palmer could set another record of medals this season if the England U21s now go on and win it?

Funny how he seemed to fail to mention it when he was managing the spuds.

It'd be nice.

I thought he had a good game once they started giving him the ball.

You know he doesn't mean they have all paid players £800K.

He said "all these leagues" and not "every league". What does he mean by "these"? Sounds a bit racist to me.

Shows how much attention I pay to the guy. He talks absolute bollocks. When Neville questioned the WC but then went and got paid to be a pundit Wio didn’t call him out for being a hypocrite.

Put him in a room with Carragher and Gerrard and he would be on his knees sucking them off. Like he did when Pep shouted “I told you” at him last season.

Anyone that agrees with someone that cheated on their dying wife multiple times needs their head checking.

The only thing Wio is spot on is calling Carragher out about Slippy.

It led that Spitter to respond in the same way.

More of the same please so people can see who they really are.

Kalvin has a documentary coming out with Amazon about his first year with us.

A leak from it is him questioning Pep’s decision to say he was overweight after coming back from the WC.

"For me, I wasn't overweight, but obviously the manager has seen it in a very different way," said Phillips.

One way to make sure you never play for Pep.

Anyone concerned Jack Grealish had too many vodka and might not be fit for start of season?? If he keeps it up he could join Kalvin at fat camp.

They measure body fat percentage as part of a battery of tests on fitness levels after you return from holiday. Obviously you’re not going to be anywhere near match fit but you are accepted to turn up in reasonable shape. Pretty silly of Phillips.

Apart from the few days of the international break he has been on a month long party. Presumably he has to report back for preseason, hopefully he'll be sober by then.
