Don't think I've seen Doku play. But I've seen a lot of Palmer and he's not good enough.

Exactly- he's said somethings wrong with FFP when it incentivises selling academy products when it should be encouraging the opposite.
Can't have a pop about our spending anymore so he's found a new stick.

He only started a few PL games for us. He didn't get real opportunities.
I think he could progress, but at Chelsea I don't know.
