New date for Everton visit

Postby Mark (Blue Army) » Tue Mar 02, 2010 6:13 pm

We can confirm that the Premier League home fixture against Everton will take place on Wednesday, March 24 with a 7.45pm kick-off.

The game was originally postponed in August due to Everton’s Europa League commitments.

Good news - get it played and get 3 points in the bag!

Having said that they have been on a bit of a roll recently but have tripped up in their last 2 games so hopefully they're on the slide now.

Unfortunately it's arranged whilst I am on holiday as I feared but more importantly it's on the last match of Ade's four match ban. I would have preferred Ade to have missed the Wigan home match personally because we would arguably have more chance of winning that match without the big man

THIS IS ONE TEAM THAT I WANT CITY TO FUCKING PULVERIZE.
THE SIGHT OF GOLLUM JUMPING UP AND DOWN IS TOO MUCH TO BARE.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

is there not a rule that bans are for the next x amount of organised games to stop clubs quickly fitting in an easy game when a key player gets a long ban?

I'm glad they got the matchday finally sorted! Like some others here I was getting worried there would be hectic final weeks. And imo it's a good time anyway as after the Everton match there is an extra day to rest as we're not playing until Monday.

I'm quite the opposite. Everton are an ever present Premiership Club with a strong support and their Manager has worked wonders. Losing the likes of Rooney or Lescott yet spending the money wisely to ensure their continued challenge at the top end of the table.

I broadly concur about wanting City to win, though.

Hi Garry,I just wanted to shake your hand and ask you a question.I go to COMS as mucha as possible but sometimes I cannot leave the house as Sophie.....sorry..Sophie is my Cat...... needs a carer when Im away and sometimes I cannot find one.
My question is ; Is it possible to bring Sophie to matches at COMS in her kitten box and can she come in for free?

The Spuds game will still be on hold as i reckon they will be trying to get it on tv again. Its just fitting it in. If you got offered the Spurs game as the last but one of the season would you take it???

I really hope they make the Spurs Game May 5th, partly because it would give both clubs an extra day break between matches and partly to bring 4th spot down to the wire.
