Claudio Reyna

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Claudio Reyna

Postby PalmettoBlue » Wed Mar 03, 2010 3:01 pm

Just heard a Claudio Reyna interview where he was very complimentary about his time at City despite his injuries. He said he still follows City on a weekly basis and talked up our future success and about how great City fans are. The best part was that he said has been converting all his son's mates from Rags to Blues.

tidy player when fit, and a proper blue now by the sounds of it
Berbatov wins golden boot, spends following season on the bench while his team loses title on goal difference. Well played, Fergie.

When injury free he was a quality player. Glad he's still got blue blood.

Crabbio Reyna. Sideways.

I always thought he'd make a stand-in Captain for injury / suspension because he did the role for the American SOCCER Team.

Hi Garry,I just wanted to shake your hand and ask you a question.I go to COMS as mucha as possible but sometimes I cannot leave the house as Sophie.....sorry..Sophie is my Cat...... needs a carer when Im away and sometimes I cannot find one.
My question is ; Is it possible to bring Sophie to matches at COMS in her kitten box and can she come in for free?

Despite having a head exactly the same shape as a baked bean, he was an awesome soccerball player.

I rated him to be fair, glad to hear he's talking us up. Good work.

Yeah he was good but far to injury prone.
From 03-07 he made 87 appearances scoring four home runs.

I wish that Claudio's time at City had come earlier in his career so that he could have given his best. Even so, I'll never forget his run of games on the right as a direct replacement when SWP left. He played like a man possessed.

I am forever indebted to him for bringing me to this crazy club.
Proud to outfit my local league team in Sky Blue.

COME ON CITY!

All I want for my birthday is a derby win.

Loved hearing how fondly he remember's his time here and that we won his heart over the over teams he played for.
Well done son.

I thought he was a tidy little player. Good on the ball and very calm which helped when you're playing for Keegan. However, I'll never forgive him for the own goal at the swamp.
